CHC Total Building, Inc. is a family-owned commercial general contractor based in Ypsilanti, Michigan, providing design-build, general contracting, and construction management since 1959. We handle new construction, renovations, tenant build-outs, repairs, and demolition for businesses in Canton, Plymouth, Ann Arbor, Livonia, Novi, Detroit, and the rest of Southeast Michigan.

2. Design
Monitor schedule and budget during design, provide engineering and life-cycle cost analysis, develop continuous cost estimates, analyze labor, review permit and regulatory requirements, and order long-lead materials and equipment.
3. Construction
Conduct pre-construction meetings, establish quality control, coordinate construction activities, maintain schedules, inspect for compliance with contract documents, report progress, and keep complete project records.
4. Post-construction
Prepare and expedite the punch list, assemble record drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties, supervise testing and start-up, prepare closeout documentation, provide a final report, and administer warranty work.
