Kaivac® No-Touch Cleaning™

No-touch sanitizing systems for restrooms, tile floors, and hard surfaces.

KaiBosh™

An EPA-registered hospital-use disinfectant labeled for a broad range of pathogens, including the virus that causes COVID-19, MRSA, norovirus, and influenza.

KaiFly™

A flat-surface system combining microfiber, a window squeegee, and chemical injection to rapidly remove bio-pollutants from desktops, tabletops, stalls, and partitions.

Workplace strategies we recommend

  • Encourage employees to stay home when sick
  • Reinforce hand washing and covering coughs and sneezes
  • Regularly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, keyboards, phones, and light switches
  • Keep hand-hygiene supplies readily accessible
  • Use hygienic, effective cleaning tools — ineffective methods can spread contaminants

We continue to adapt to changing circumstances, public-health guidance, and cleaning technology. Call (313) 350-0648 or request a quote.

Disinfection & Sanitization FAQs

What surfaces do you disinfect?

Touch points such as doorknobs, phones, computers, keyboards, mice, desktops, and handsets; restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and countertops; floors; and entryways and exits.

What products do you use?

Hospital-grade, eco-friendly chemistry including HALT one-step disinfectant cleaner and KaiBosh, an EPA-registered hospital-use disinfectant, applied with microfiber and Kaivac No-Touch Cleaning systems and the KaiFly flat-surface system.

Why does the cleaning method matter?

Traditional mops and towels can accumulate and spread soils and contaminants instead of removing them. Microfiber and no-touch systems remove contaminants rather than moving them around.

How often should touch points be disinfected?

For most workplaces, frequently touched surfaces should be cleaned and disinfected daily, after each workday — and more often in high-traffic or healthcare-adjacent settings.
