Do you do both concrete and asphalt?
Yes. We place concrete flatwork, sidewalks, curbs, dock aprons, and footings, and pave and repair asphalt parking lots and drives.
Can you repair part of a parking lot?
Yes. We remove and replace failed sections of asphalt or concrete, correct drainage, and restore the surface without redoing the whole lot.
Do you prepare the base?
Yes. Because we also do excavation and site work, we handle subgrade, aggregate base, and drainage before paving.
Can paving be scheduled around business hours?
Yes. We phase work so entrances, fire lanes, and parking stay available as much as possible while sections are replaced.
