C.H.C. Total is a multi-faceted company formed in 1959. For 67 years we’ve maintained a reputation for safety and reliability with loyal customers across the Metro Detroit area.
CHC Total Building, Inc. is a multi-generational, family-owned commercial contractor founded in 1959 and based at 3701 Berry Rd, Ypsilanti, Michigan. The company provides construction, site work, snow removal, building maintenance, and janitorial services throughout Southeast Michigan.
Our story
CHC Total started the way many Michigan businesses do — with one truck and a commitment to dependable customer service. Over the decades the company grew into a large fleet of trucks and heavy equipment and a full range of services: commercial construction and renovation, excavation and demolition, concrete and asphalt, warehouse rack installation, building maintenance, janitorial, and commercial snow removal.
